Though I have maintained 10k and did transactions as mentioned by them, however they charged AMC. Upon complaining through their multi level redressal mechanisms, they told me that those transactions are bill payments and won't be considered as spends which wasn't mentioned clearly in their T&C. So raised a Ombudsman complaint against Federal Bank as FI money isn't available in entities list. After investigation from Federal Bank & RBI I have received compensation. Meanwhile I have raised account closure request long back, but it isn't closed yet. Again planning to raise account closure request, and destroyed card also already.

Have you maintained 10k balance and did transactions using debit card only not UPI. I did > 25k credit card bill payment transactions but they didn't consider them. They told eCommerce, POS will only be considered, ATM withdrawals also not considered. If above conditions are satisfied try below steps. In all stages, if they deny, you can immediately go to next step, no need to wait for 30 days. If they didn't reply you have to wait ill 30 days and then go to next step.
Step 1: Write a mail to 1st level [email protected]
Step 2 : If they reverse your 235 rupees mostly nothing can be done. If they deny or don't reply you within 30 days write a mail to
Step 3: After writing to escalation desk if they deny or don't reply within 30 days write to
Step 4: If they deny at this level too reach out to Ombudsman RBI
