MY PARENTS WENT TO CLAIM THEIR ANCESTRAL PROPERTY WHICH WAS AROUND 7 BIGHA .
THEY HAD ALWAYS HELPED THEIR FAMILY AND WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WILL EASILY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE .
BUT THEIR FAMILY TURN OUT TO BE PRETTY FU*ED UP EVERYONE TOOK TURNS CREATING PROBLEMS IN CONSTRUCTING THE HOUSE
SOME FILED A CASE, SOME CALLED POLICE ON A DAILY BASIS .
I AM AN ADVOCATE SEING THIS I WENT TO COMPLAIN IN POLICE STATION AND GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH THE SHO .HE SOMEHOW GET MY WORK DONE.
THE CHOWKI INCHARGE THEN MISBEHAVED WITH MY FATHER I HAD TO TEACH HIM A LESSON TOO.
Until then i was in control of situation.
Then the contractor started to ask more and more money to construct the house .And he started to involve police in order to get the money.
Then my family teamed up with contractor and chowki incharge resulting in total chaos for my parents .
Atlast after 5 months of daily struggle they have given me my land and I paid 30k to contractor just this morning because he was a sc guy and he had filed a fake case in SC/ST act against me.
Some facts i learned ...
Police wont do anything ever ...(my relatives son is a ssp and he did nothing )
police will look for a MOTA PARTY (WEALTHY ONE) and they will support the weaker ones until they get money from the former ones.
If mota party wont give them money be ready to be booked under 151/107/116.
Even after having so much source i was not able to do anything .
My parents had to suffer so much (i feel like a dumb child because I was not able to help them )
Just to be clear ....even being a man ....i cried like a mad man thinking of all the injustice and f*kups happened in last 5 months.
I dont know even after paying 30k to contractor just to gey rid of all this bullsh*t ..maybe i should have filed a case and stretched it longer ...but i thought keeping it simple bcoz I had to construct my house that was my first priority and that's why I bear everything..
I was not able to get a closure ....it is in my mind circulating that I messes up everything ...maybe i should have paid him early to get rid of him.
What do u guys think about it ?

Yeah. My mom has advanced cancer from the last 4 years and we spend more than we earn on her treatments every single month. Her family never helped her though she has helped them a lot before this. They even stopped communicating with her early on itself. Now her brother wants her to sign over a few of her father's properties over to him. My mom always wanted to give it to him and not claim anything, but now she wants her share and her brother or sisters aren't ready to give even 1rs to her. This looks like I'll have to fight for her rights in the future since she is very weak and frail now. Nobody helps you when you're in trouble, especially if you're a good and decent person. Money corrupts even your close family.

Had been in something similar situation, and I had two decisions fight or let go, I am Glad to the person who guided me and suggested me the best thing at that moment - whats better the time and money you will spend and also give stress to the parents in old age or give them some money and decided to pay money to them to move out of the way.
I earned alot more money by being stress-free and continued doing my work in last two years, and they are still in same spot fighting someone else so they can get money to feed their family.

This sc/st is getting on my nerves everyday. 4 years ago, an incident happened to the politician of my town where I live. Some scoundrels were playing cricket at evening and that politician was walking sideways, eventually a ball did hit on his forehead. He called the boy who stirked the ball and slapped him, stated scolding him. A few minutes later, that boy called his mother and stated heating arguments in order to justify her child's action. This heating arguments turned into the chaos and someone informed the police.
Next day, that victim politician went to the police station and settle the matter by paying 5 Lacks to the boy's mother. Additionally, he got disqualified from his party why ? Due to putting his hand on a SC/ST boy. That boy's mother filled the false allegations against the politician under SC/ST act. Since then, our whole society fear from those SC/ST bastards. After that incident, they got more confidence that no one even police or politician will dare to touch them no matter what crime they do commit. Since then, phone snatching, pick pockets, vehicle theft become common.

never employ sc/st people or buy their land ,they file false case ,mom family bought sc land still fighting it in court for like 6 years
