Random AXIS Card Closure Message

Just received a message "As communicated earlier, your Axis Bank Credit Card XX8927 is closed w.e.f 16-07-24 due to prolonged inactivity. If you wish to reapply for a new Credit Card, visit Axisbank.com/Reapplycc ; For details, call 18001035577/ visit Axisbank.com/CardClosure"
I had 3 AXIS cards and 2 CITI cards which are migrated to AXIS, I can still see all 5 cards in AXIS app. However I don't even have a card ending with 8927. Checked both Primary and Add-on cards. Did anyone else get such a random message?

Found out from CIBIL report that this is an old CITIBANK card that was closed due to inactivity in 2015 😃
