Their intention is undoubtedly good
but it should be Lord Ram not Prince Ram.

Same way we can say Lord Ganesh or Prince Ganesha
but it should be Lord Shiva 🕉️

besides when things get anglicised, distortions are not unexpected.
for many in 🇯🇵Nihon🇯🇵 while Ganesh might still be a deity (and there ARE temples of Ganesh type deities there, which the locals themselves built or supported).. the original creators of the series/feature film.. in the non desi language/s have made it with their own audiences in mind.
the local producers, distributors, exhibitors of the dubbed adaptions could not care less about minor details.. unless they become major details in the eyes of Bajramg dal type entities and/or unless it becomes a PR nightmare.
