I have Rynox Rain Gear
The upper costs me 1000 ( amazon )
And the lower around 1150 ( offline )
During my Arunachal Bike trip
It saved me from cold ( -4)
Rainfall as well as snow
Never used in heavy rainfall though
U can try Rain Gear from Zeel as shared in previous reply
They are good in heavy rainfall
But dont expect them to protect u 100%
