Some seats are always empty in AC 1 or 2 tier. TT can provide that atleast.

This is upgraded ticket from 3A to 2A.
Luckily 27&28 berth in same PNR. He will face difficulties in night at the sleeping time. Hope some arrangements will be done before that by IRCTC.

mug ke baad seat bhi udane lage log, gajab ke log hain is desh me. Inhe ye koi to samjhaye jitna public property ka nuksaan karoge utna hi jyada public par bojh padega, mehngai badhegi aur fir sarkar ko kosna.
TTE is responsible to provide you the proper seat, if not you should get full refund and action against TTE
Keep track of Railmadad complaint status, may you get some resolution.

Just thought I’d mention to clarify , and I hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way , my aim was simply to offer assistance, not to cause any offense / discomfort
And as rightly said by @Total_Fun , asked more pics so that we can tag the relevant authorities to look into & provide them with more detailed information for further investigation as mentioned earlier too
And more sharing would bring them to enact faster
I hope railways fix this issue permanently so that the next passenger is not in a similar situation

@shekhar89513 bhai, don't mind people saying your story is fake. Even though you have given proofs supporting your claims. These days when train derailments are common news, we've seen much worse situation than just missing seat cushions, miles of railway tracks have been stolen (in Bihar).

Public samjhti hai.. government ka gaya.. par government unke pichhwade se tel nikal kar vasool kar leti hai.. fark yahi hai ki.. ya koi individual nahi puri 140 cr ke khate me bill jata hai.. log kab samjhenge loss of government property will cost more than those loss .. dubare banane me curroption etc ka bhi charge bhi lagega.. bharegi wapas yahi public.. churane wale ko hi fark padega jyada when cost will go high on daily usage items..
Karma bite sud samet.. baki galiyate raho government ko.. koi fark nahi padta.. output hamesha costly hi hoga..
Hamare yaha to aisa hi hota hai..jitne garib log utne bad dimaag .. anyway idk how that seat gone just guessed if someone stolen..xd
