Hi all,
As of date (29-May-2024), HDFC Tata Neu Infinity gives 1.5% CB (in form of Neucoins) for UPI transactions upto 500 per month which offers max limit of UPI transaction value Rs. 33,334 so would like to know what are the other current credit cards that give cashback/reward points more than 1.5%, thanks..

Rupay UPI is kinda useless in my opinion
Most places that allow Rupay UPI already accept simple cards, so better rewards there.
Others have disabled it so can't be used.
So in my experience, you can already get better rewards by simply using direct cards where it allows Rupay UPI usage.
Yeah where there is both POS and Rupay UPI, I'd simply tap my phone to pay on POS for the ease and better Reward, scanning UPI to pay through Rupay CC for inferior rewards, feels kinda stupid
I think BOB snapdeal is a good bet, upto 12.5K rupees it gives 1% on UPI oayments
RULE NO.1: FORGET RUPAY
RULE NO.2: GET BETTER CREDIT CARD FOR EVERY CATEGORY WISE, LIKE 4 CARDS MAX , hmm like 1 card for every category
a) this 2 rules will settle 99% of the things (giving average 2.5% return rate)
b) so remaining 1% is rupay so neglect it lol when it comes to credit card (here 1.5% return rate so not worth it)
As I know kiwi gives 1% but only if we use that app. Cannot be used from other UPI apps. And Jupiter card gives 2% I guess. But it's also only by using their app.
Jupiter Edge CSB Bank RuPay CC gives 2% cashback ... don't know the exact details and is likely to devalue further since it was giving upto 5% cashback earlier and now giving 2%
I recently discovered that Axis Bank Ace CC gives cashback for transaction amount as low as Rs. 34 (yet to confirm, I've transacted for Rs. 35 and will confirm after 17-20 days when the statement generates) since I've got 1.5% cashback for transaction of around Rs. 60-65 ... so, you can use this CC wherever you can swipe as technically for small transactions, it's more beneficial than Tata Neu Infinity RuPay HDFC Bank CC
In case of Axis Bank Ace CC
For Rs. 67 worth transaction (Re. 1 cashback = 1.5% reward rate)
For Rs. 34 worth transaction (Re. 1 cashback = 2.95% reward rate)
Transacting for Rs. 34 is very rare, so, even if you're able to transact for Rs. 50 with Axis Bank Ace CC, then reward rate would be 2% which is killer deal in itself.
In cities like Bengaluru, CC acceptance rate is quite high.
2) hmm how come 2.95%? can you elaborate with axis ace?
So Tata neu infinity is still the best for UPI cc?
