Query: Rent payment using HDFC millenia??

Hello Dimers,
Earlier I was using Payzapp + Redgirrafe to pay rent using Hdfc millenia. But after the recent ammendment it is costly Redgirrafe Fees (.5%) + Millenia Rent Fees 1.18%.
Earlier there was 1% cashback but now i think that is gone.
What are the possible ways with least possible cost.

Have you tried this month???
Till last month it was like rent transaction chargeable from 2nd transaction onward. But now it is on all transactions😞

HDFC billpay portal. No extra charges upto 50K with recent ammendment in TnC for utility category.
