Query regarding SBI Simply Save Credit Card Annual Fee

My SBI Simply Save CC is due for renewal next month. I have spent 75k till now which needs 25K more for fee waiver. I haven't used this card often except for amazon discounts.
Rewards of this card is not much attractive too and i got this card for FYF offer.
If i raise the card closure request in SBI Card app,and in case if they want to retain me, will they provide LTF offer before completing the year?
Or if they charge annual fees and want the fees to get waived off at later stage will they do it.. Since this card is only useful for discounts and nothing else, and i dont want to pay the fees for this card.
Please let me know your suggestions.
PS: I already have SBI Cashback card

Yes, ask them to close they will offer you fee waiver to retain. Kindly record your conversation like date, time, name of executive and interaction I'd/number. In my case they will first charge the fee with bill, you will have to pay that and then in next bill they will revert the fee.
Ok,so I can raise the closure request only after they charge the fee and ask them to revert back.
So here the risk is annual fee +GST,in case they won't revert back, correct?

Yeah waiver mil jayega, card close wali daal ke dekho khud se offer dikha dega, fee lagne ke baad use karna
