Q1) Incase there is offer on Amazon/flipkart like flat Rs 1000 off for SBI cards, will we get both 1000 off + sbi 5% cashback ?

Q2) same for SBI vistara , will be get both Rs 1k off and vistara points.

I had heard SBI awakes after 2-3 months and reverts points, hence asking.

Sbi gives points but takes it back. As for them only 1 is applicable.

1. Sbi cashback card will be excluded from 10% cashback offers. You won't get 10% off.

2. Sbi will deduct rewards points after 3-6 months if you get 10% off on sale.

Regarding your first question, Cashback SBI card is generally excluded during sale events in Amazon for sure (it used to during the beginning), not sure about Flipkart. So in short, don't count on it and get another one for online offers.

Also, just for the info, there was an extremely rare scenario couple of months ago when there wasn't any sale going on, but one particular item has the "10% discount of SBI cards" offers and had simpler t&c, and Cashback SBI was working. But like I said, don't rely on it.
