Is aadhar card of every heir needed to get duplicate property document?
The property is in grandfather A's name(dead). He has two sons(B & C) and a daughter. Son B is also dead.
The other son C is claiming the property documents are lost and to recover them, He needs the aadhar card of B's wife and adult sons.
Is aadhar card of the grandchildren and their mother's needed to get duplicate documents?
They have already given B's(father) death, succession certificates etc.,
Help would be much appreciated.

yes i think all legal heir documents needed. if legal heir is dead then his legal heir/s documents are needed.

aadhar card of B's wife and adult sons and aadhar card of c. all have equal right to the property ie b-50 and c-50%. further b will be divided 1/3 into wife and two sons.
plus you need to give good bribe.
