Query regarding Axis Flipkart Credit card on Flipkart Mobile Purchase

I purchased Mobile using Axis Flipkart card on Flipkart. After settlement, transaction details is coming as Number something like this 0120001A0001234.
I am expecting cashback of around 1000 (20K purchase), but today i get a message that 1% cashback will be credited (205) in next month statement.
Will it get auto-resolved or do i need to raise the complaint with Axis Customer care for the same?

I also got less cashback, no motivation now to use Axis FK, keeping it as it is LTF, next time I will be using SBI cashback card on flipkart
Even my card is LTF. But don't find worthy to hold after they reduced base percentage to 1%.
I noticed the same thing and have received only 1%.
So I was checking my order on flipkart app and found that it is mentioned as, "cashback will be credited in December statement" and for my other orders it is mentioned as "cashback will be credited in next statement".
I received only 0.75% instead 2% on myntra trans. ( Axis Cashback card)
Same thing with me. Tweeted them and they replied that remaining cashback will be credited in next month statement.
I have sbi cashback card too but sometimes sbi card dont give 5% cashback on some products thats why i transact with Flipkart Axis card to get 100% eligibility of cashback but if they do Chor Panti like this i am gonna close the card. AXIS is the most third class bank, always i get issues with this bank.
SBI CASHBACK CARD is also doing the same with many transactions.
You need to check the t&c while ordering the product .
If it says, unlimited 5% cashback, then take a screenshot ang order the product.

This a common practice/error during sales by Axis.
You need immediately report the issue and they fix it manually by adjusting your cashback as per the transaction done.
I have raised the request 3 days back but today they completed the same.When checking in services,no comments from customer care ,it's just in completed status.
Any response from anybody raising the issue?
Same. Just received sms/email that service request completed.
They have credited 4% additional cashback on 21st Oct 2024. Yet to credit remaining 1% CB.
I also getting the same and raised a complaint, they will check and revert in 3 days
