Query regarding airtel axis

Today I have received my airtel axis card. Can I use that card in airtel app with some mobile number to pay airtel bb bill and get the cashback.

As this is my first axis cc my limit is very less. My highest limit is almost 10 times of that. How much time axis bank takes to increase the limit.

You can use the card in any airtel thanks app, doesn't need to be same as axis card. Regarding limit increase, it takes one year atleast.

I don't think that banks have any fixed criteria for LE offers. Some banks offer it when we regularly use their cards, and some when we don't. For instance, Axis kept on giving LE every year for MyZone since I wasn't really using it much, but nothing for Axis Flipkart maybe because I was using it every day. But thankfully they then decided to introduce the concept of shared credit limit years ago and thus I eventually ended up having a limit of 6.4lc.
