Query Regarding 5% CB on Train Tickets on Payzapp using HDFC Platinum DC.

I booked train tickets worth 10k in July Month using HDFC Platinum DC on Payzapp app. But how do I check if I received 5% CB as mentioned on Payzapp. Any other thing to do like saving the card anywhere on Payzapp etc to ensure cashback.

CC extra charge is high for ticket booking. I booked using Easyshop platinum Mastercard DC. But I think I did not get any reward points. On this card only single category of reward points shows on Netbanking unlike Visa Platinum which shows 3 categories of rewards points. Am I missing something?

In DC cashback credit as points you have to redeem which comes in 3 months while use CC on cashback directly credited in card in 3 days.So next time use CC.

It will be visible at same place where you redeem regular reward points in netbanking.
For future if you have any hdfc credit card pay via it because for credit card cashback comes in 3-4 days
