Query on redemption of HDFC credit card reward points

I had redeemed 1420 reward points of my HDFC regalia card on https://offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/regalia/r.... site on 10th May 2021 for a Rs. 500 Amazon GV. However instead of Amazon GV I received an 11 digit numerical voucher code instead of an alpha numeric Amazon GV. Don’t know where to use it. The expiry of this code is 9th June 2021.
Since expiry date is 9th June, which is one month after the purchase. It means this code is to be used somewhere else for getting the Amazon voucher. Anybody else redeemed hdfc rewards points for amazon voucher?

On the gyftr page https://www.gyftr.com/hdfcsmartbuy/amazon-gift-..., it says “use gyftr promo code (do not use your smartbuy evoucher code)”. Its saying 11 digit code is invalid. No other place to enter smartbuy evoucher code is visible
just add it in amazon app under add gift card simple
It is not accepting the 11 digit numerical code. It accepts only alphanumeric voucher codes
How do I redeem the points to place an order?
You may redeem the points in the form of voucher. To do this:
• Login to the SmartBuy Rewards and add the product of your choice to cart.
• Required points to complete a transaction.
• You will be provided with an option to instantly generate a voucher for the required points to complete a transaction.
• The generated voucher code will be sent only to your mobile number and email address registered with HDFC Bank.
• Enter the (valid) voucher code to complete the transaction and place the order.
Currently RP will be used only for redemption towards specific items. When RP is redeemed, the code will be live for a period of 30 days.
In case of the customer not utilizing the code within the period, the system will cancel the voucher and refund the RP to credit card account. Customer can use the RP post the generation of the credit card statement.
In case of RP available for redemption being lesser than available RP balance, system will inform customer for insufficient balance and not allow redemption.
Didn’t get any option to “Enter the (valid) voucher code to complete the transaction and place the order” while placing the Order.
May be I missed it, but there is no provision of entering this code anywhere now. But Order was successful, and Order details with smartbuy code were received in email & sms
When you add amazon from rewards section , it will generate 11 digit voucher required to generate amazon voucher and to verify the transaction
Better You should have gone for cash redemption
cash redemption ratio for regalia is 20 paise per point, which would have given me Rs. 284 for 1420 points. I got 500 Amazon voucher – 99+gst rewards redemption fee
@ aam_admi just a side comment, HDFC will be charging you 99 + gst for this redemption alone
