Hello Dimers,
Have a query on Neu coins redemption in Tata Neu app. For example I have 200 NC credited at the same time (with different validity) of which 100 of them expiring in 2 months and another 100 expiring after a year. So if I place an order and redeem 100 out of 200 NC for my order, then the NC expiring first would be redeemed? or it will be redemed partially from both validity Neu coins?
Please share your observations if you have ordered from Tata Neu recently.

In my case, for the scenario mentioned in description, 200 NC credited at the same time with different validity. I am trying to redeem in 1mg not BB

If you want to use partial coins on BB then you can place the order using any payment method then add some other item worth 100 and pay that through Neucoins

its like First In First Out so the ones that got credited first will be used, however not sure if you can use it partially in other Tata apps as it's not possible in BigBasket as it will give only one option - either use NC or not so anything above 1000 Rs via NeuApp would be sensible as you have delivery charges if cart value is below 1k i.e. say you have 2k neucoins and have cart value of 1100 then either you can pay full 1100 with NC or you can't use NC (1100 should be paid via other payment options), similarly if your cart value is 2500 then you can choose 2k NC + other payment option or only other payment option
