Query on neu coins calculation for Tata neu infinity card statement

Hi. My tata neu infinity credit card statement was generated 2 days back.
I noticed that neu coins are given for upi transactions only if the transaction amount is greater than or equal to Rs.50, even of the transaction is done from Tata Neu app. Earlier they used to calculate it as 1.5% of the total amount spent on eligible upi transactions, with no minimum value, I believe.
Another thing that I noticed is that earlier all the earned neu coins will be credited one or two days after statement generation. But now the coin earned for upi transaction done on T day is credited only on T+30th day, until then it shows as unlocking in Neu app.
Please let me know if it's the same for everyone or I have misunderstood the calculation.

Update, they sent me the breakup on a per transaction basis for my statement. They considered a ~10k utility payment as tax and said tax and fuel are exempt categories 😭
