[Query] ICICI Bank (Multiple) Credit Cards - Account Linking/Delinking

I hold the following CCs from ICICI Bank :

- Platinum
- Coral (RuPay)
- Amazon Pay
- Sapphiro (Mastercard)
- Sapphiro (American Express)

All the CCs mentioned have shared credit limit.

Platinum has separate account i.e. reward points earned accumulates separately and bill is generated separately.

Coral (RuPay), Sapphiro (Mastercard) and Sapphiro (American Express) has single bill and a separate reward point account.

I enquired ICICI Bank to link Platinum CC with other 3 cards mentioned above and club 731 RPs (from Platinum CC) with approx. 2k RPs in the other account (Coral and Sapphiro x 2) but they said that they won't be able to transfer the RPs and that I'll have to lose out on all the 731 RPs else I can redeem them. Upon checking, minimum RPs for redeeming seems to be 2k or 4k RPs.

Upon spending approx. 1.635 lakhs, I'll be able to redeem a voucher worth Rs. 1k (essentially value will be Rs. 882 because of redemption charges) and that comes at around approx. 0.53% reward rate. Since all the ICICI Bank CCs, even Sapphiro has the exact same reward point structure, so, I can direct all my ICICI Bank CC spends to Platinum and achieve this but this will probably take time as ICICI Bank CCs are useful only in the even of bank offers and 1.635 lakhs is a lot of money.

Another thing is, I've already availed Visa Tap to Pay offer on Platinum CC and if I close this card, link it with other 3 CCs, they'll issue a fresh card with different number. I can make use of Visa Tap to Pay offer again and earn Rs. 300 worth Amazon Shopping Voucher.

Interestingly, I can do both of them, i.e. Visa Tap to Pay offer is valid till 28th Oct. and by that time, if somehow I'm able to accumulate 4k worth RPs on the card, redeem voucher worth Rs. 1k, close the card, get a new one, utilize Visa Tap to Pay offer and it will be a win-win but the only hiccup I see is, that's a lot of money, like too much money unless I'm purchasing for others.

If I'm able to get a voucher worth Rs. 500 on ICICI Bank Rewards portal, then I'll only have to spend Rs. 63,500 which is achievable but I didn't see any voucher worth 2k RPs on the portal. Is there any voucher available usually for 2k RPs or the bare mininum is 4k RPs always? For me, brand vouchers like Amazony Pay GC, PVR, Decathlon, Zomato would be perfect as they're easily redeemable.
