Query about HSBC Credit card KYC

So I am applying for HSBC credit card but they only provide in selected cities. I dont live in list of cities they mentioned. but my friend does. so is it ok to give his address in form , will there be any physical KYC verification?
if anyone got HSBC card. let me know the KYC if its online or offline. what I am thinking is give his address and and do online KYC and get card on his address.

That address will be printed on your statement. Application will be rejected if it doesn't match Aadhaar

I mean I was thinking to give current address as city they have mentioned coz I work there, my office is there also and permanent address as aadhar one, would it work?
