So I have axis myzone card as LTF from 1 year. and then I saw neo card LTF offer and I applied for it. bank rejected my account saying I can't have that card as I have myzone card as LTF. is there any rule like that? anyone here have more than 1 LTF card from axis?

Axis is just ridiculous, my father have fk axis and axis savings account with 50k+ mab, they sent pre approved mail for second credit card in nov, after seeing that I applied for neo ltf in dec, everything happened cibil hit, in person verification after that they rejected saying bank's internal policy.
Then what does pre approved means if I have to do reverification and even after that card gets rejected.

try calling care. only they can help. ask them to change address if card isnt dispatched. most likely wont be any help coz they can only send card to adhaar address or present address given ig.

Have MyZone Visa LTF and Kiwi RuPay virtual which is LTF anyway. Neo on Visa LTF denied and then got spammed called and messaged a lot for 3 months for pre-approved Neo on RuPay FYF or paid. Have filed an RBI ombudsman complaint about this. Let's see what RBI has to say.
