Purple is a fraud Company

They delivered wrong items and they won’t return the item. The return process is too hectic and the whole purpose is to don’t accept any return , because they intentionally sent you available item which is not ordered. After 5 to 6 attempts they took the return request and they cancelled it after couple of days and they say, background check was failed. This is biggest joke. Even we reached to service center via call , they simply say you have to accept the item and they can’t help. Totally purple is cheating customers. Please don’t order and loss your money.
