did you get any significant discount for taking this
already diwali offer 60k..
Even now, you are referring to the salesperson and not the category in-charge at the store or the store/ operations manager.
Now unless they are ready to accept stock return, for a complete refund, you are the mercy of Reliance Digital and have to keep pleasing with them.
I still cannot wrap around it, that for a box open piece, you/buyer failed to cross-check the warranty.. BEFORE even agreeing to purchase.
MS-Office student edition does have some products locked out, but getting the full product is not a big deal.
May later, if i know the laptop' exact model (including the configuration), I can check for the OEM product officially sold with it now.
Can pass on the Lenovo purchased, official licence (keys) if needed.
I wonder if you really believed the salesperson when they claimed to have sold it within three-four days of opening it.
Do check if Lenovo has any utility to accurately figure out, the number of cycles that the battery has been through.
If the battery seems acceptable and if the retailer can get Lenovo to reset the warranty, then it should be okay.
