I have used an S7 Edge, S9 and currently a S20 - all powered by Exynos. All of them had / have been used for at least 4 years. Not once did I find any of them 'slow'. Not once did I experience any unusual overheating. Most phones overheat when you use the camera / video for many minutes non-stop especially in the sun / hot weather or do heavy streaming on 4G. All phones do get warm when charging too. Exynos is why the prices tend to be really attractive too. If someone has personally used a  Exynos and experienced problems them listen to them. Otherwise just ignore them.

These are same chargers with different dimensions in size. I will suggest you to go for EP-TA800 travel adapter (second one). It has fast charging enabled with Qlm 3 with type C port.

M55 is powered by SD 7 G1. Only slightly slower than SD 7 G3 on paper. But the former is fabbed on a Samsung manufacturing process so better wait for detailed reviews in order to gauge battery life. At moderately high clockspeeds thermals shouldn't be an issue in every day use cases.

Edit: Exynos 1480 is comparable to the SD778 on paper. Real world perf. noticeably worse. Plus it has no business powering 40-45k devices, max 20k. Poor SoC relative to the price band.

bro SD 7 gen 1 is release in 2022 and Exynos 1480 in 2024. and antutu score is also less in SD 7gen 1. why samsung doesn't use atlease SD 8 Gen 1/2?

For general day to day tasks Exynos works fine.

Gaming no idea.

Cards discounts and NCEMI discount can be availed at all websites other than that samsung points can be redeemed incase you have royalty pass/points.

Referral advantage can also be taken at samsung website

Let’s break down the options for your friend considering the Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55:

  1. Samsung Galaxy A35:

    • Processor: Powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset.
    • Display: Features a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
    • Camera: Equipped with a 50 MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 5 MP macro lens.
    • Other Features: IP67 dust and water resistance, Always-on display.

  2. Samsung Galaxy A55:

    • Processor: Runs on the more powerful Exynos 1480 chipset.
    • Display: Also boasts a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rateHDR10+, and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
    • Camera: Features a 50 MP primary camera, a 12 MP ultrawide lens, and a 5 MP macro lens.
    • Other Features: IP67 dust and water resistance, Always-on display.

Why Exynos Over Snapdragon? Samsung uses Exynos processors in some regions due to various factors, including regional availability, cost, and strategic partnerships. While Snapdragon processors are popular, Exynos chips offer competitive performance and power efficiency.

Samsung Online Shop website has horrible customer service. They promised a fully free adapter with Galaxy F23 in sale but cancelled it after order was placed. Even after sending lots of emails and calls with proof, all I got were automated replies and cheating. I had to pay Rs.300 for the adapter at the end and gave up.

But the phone F23 was good though. It has snapdragon processor and works fine in day to day use. I haven't used any Exynos processor phone.

Check on corporate store...3k hdfc discount,1k shop app benefit and a complimentary Samsung care + worth 7k

As xedo123 said, better to get the s23 ( should be available in similar range to that of a53 in good deal) ..
Or else imo even S22 will be better with it's bad battery problem....shouldn't be much of an issue unless you live in a very remote place where electricity comes for a few hours a day

I can help with reducing the amount

If you have credit card then buy Amazon pay gift voucher at 10-16% discount and use direct Samsung. If you were it professional then check out their corporate store with official email id. You will get Samsung official damage protection plan at free of cost. Official Samsung store support payment via Amazon gift voucher.

Recently bought ac for 28k + credit card points

Generally, they match the offer price on their official websites and offline stores.

Keep your eyes on the price drop and grab it from anywhere it is cheap. Negotiate with offline stores as well, sometimes they give better deals than offline.

I bought the s22 last year during Christmas Time at 28k and I would say, it's ducking awesome. The compact size is something which caught my attentionalong with i love the camera especially but yeah battery is something which i have to compromise like 6 hrs sot every day. It will be better if your friend extend his/her budget and opt for S series. One ui on S series is completely different than F, M or A series.

Don't buy Samsung phones with Exynos SoC. Exynos CPUs are not power-efficient and lag behind in performance. As a hardware technician, I would never advise you to go for Samsung phones except for flagship models. Samsung uses very delicate PCBs, so the motherboard can be damaged or bent from jerks or drops.

As Samsung user for long time and having all Samsung phones in family. I would suggest to ignore this exynos reviews if your usage is normal (watching videos, calls, browsing).

Else increase your budget and go for S23.

Probably the last as it clearly mentions C to C.
