M55 is powered by SD 7 G1. Only slightly slower than SD 7 G3 on paper. But the former is fabbed on a Samsung manufacturing process so better wait for detailed reviews in order to gauge battery life. At moderately high clockspeeds thermals shouldn't be an issue in every day use cases.
Edit: Exynos 1480 is comparable to the SD778 on paper. Real world perf. noticeably worse. Plus it has no business powering 40-45k devices, max 20k. Poor SoC relative to the price band.
since ur one of the choice is a55 I would suggest u to push your budget a little bit and buy S23 in upcoming sale
I have used an S7 Edge, S9 and currently a S20 - all powered by Exynos. All of them had / have been used for at least 4 years. Not once did I find any of them 'slow'. Not once did I experience any unusual overheating. Most phones overheat when you use the camera / video for many minutes non-stop especially in the sun / hot weather or do heavy streaming on 4G. All phones do get warm when charging too. Exynos is why the prices tend to be really attractive too. If someone has personally used a Exynos and experienced problems them listen to them. Otherwise just ignore them.
with s23 type c to c cable is received so which one adaptor i need to purchase. what is difference between this 3 adaptor?

These are same chargers with different dimensions in size. I will suggest you to go for EP-TA800 travel adapter (second one). It has fast charging enabled with Qlm 3 with type C port.
