Bought a phone and charger from Samsung store using corporate account with "priority" delivery by Saturday. They shipped phone and charger through XpressBees on Saturday and just had to cover 15kms to deliver the order.
1 day later - product no where to be seen. XpressBees claims that shipment is "misrouted". Tried cancelling the order on Samsung site. Samsung tried to fool by claiming they cancelled the order. In reality they had cancelled the charger but refused to cancel the phone because it is already "shipped out". Mind you, that didn't stop them from cancelling the charger which was also "shipped out".
2 days later - product still no where to be seen. XpressBees now says the product is "in transit" for past 24 hrs to god knows where. Samsung is refusing to return the money and they are also not taking responsibility to deliver the order.
Looking through the Twitter feed and Play store ratings it is clear that I am not the only one facing this issue. Many "priority" shipments from Samsung are delayed for 5-7 days on average.
And XpressBees is pushing fake updates on lots of orders.
So, if you prefer peace of mind during this festive season or gifting someone and need order on time. Do not buy from Samung Store.

Buy from local Samsung Official Store, they do provide similar/better deals.
Also mention in which city you ordered? Whether the tracking number is shared with you? What is the status/location/city as per tracking details on xpressbees website?

Shipped from Bangalore to be delivered in Bangalore.
I have the tracking number. Status is "in transit" for past 24 hrs. I don't know where they are transiting it to. I can only assume the status is still Bangalore.
let me mention this as well. The charger was in the same order. The tracking number was different just by 1. Both were at the same transit location as per XpressBees.
Samsung - to show off they were doing something - cancelled the charger and returning from that transit location. While the phone again at the same transit location wasn't cancelled and instead sent on a 24 hr trip to somewhere.
Xpressbee is slow. generally shipping happens on priority wise, how much dey get pay per consignment, delivery items in area.
If one bad thing happens, it does not mean they are always bad.
I have placed many orders from Samsung, and they deliver very fast.
I once placed an order in the morning and received it in the evening.
With our not-to-take risk mindset, we don't try official websites and stick only with Amazon and Flipkart.
With every site, there are exceptions, even from Amazon and Flipkart. I ordered on 12th and it was delivered on 22nd from Amazon recently.
Sites are not rice that you check 1 grain and decide everything that is too reputed once.
Faced similar experience with samsung store last year.
I cancelled the phone order, they promised that the order was cancelled successfully.
It took them another month to process my refund. That too after multiple mails and calls.
They even blocked my number from human interaction on IVR.
I have bought at least 4 products (S23, S22 Ultra, 55" LED TV, BT headset) from Samsung Shop app / corporate website and I had a 5-star experience especially when it came to deals / pricing. In fact, that is my #1 recommendation if you plan on getting a latest Gen Galaxy since they will offer an upgrade bonus of 8-10k over and above the value of your old phone.
It is sale season. There must be a manifold increase in orders to be delivered. It can take time. I got mine on the next day though it said same day delivery. You don't get to track your order for a day and you cancelled it. That to me appears impulsive. Some empathy and patience can go a long way. Reputed businesses do not need to scam / defraud you. They are already earning enough from selling to you legitimately.
I agree to most of the things you said. Sale season and delays. Agreed. But you should read the post carefully before making claims and drawing conclusions.
Saturday + 1 day later is 2 days i.e. yesterday when I tried to cancel it. It is only in the last 24 hrs where the product is un-trackable - it is gone "In transit" after "misroute" and I cannot do anything. Samsung will neither deliver the product nor cancel it. And they don't even know where the product exactly is now. Because it is completely un-trackable. And in case it is not clear - today is 3rd day.
Now for the sale season claim. Read again:
"So, if you prefer peace of mind during this festive season or gifting someone and need order on time. Do not buy from Samung Store."
So, yes there is a rush during sale season. Yes delays are inevitable. And Samsung is basically unreliable during this festive time. All three things can be true at the same time.
And no, doesn't mean Samsung is "scam" or "defrauding me" -- stop trying to say words which were never used.
PS: 5k upgrade bonus + 8k HDFC discount is offered by ALL offline stores. Nothing like this offered on Samsung online store. So, in reality they have the worst off price. The only reason to buy from them was the corporate pricing + 8k HDFC discount. Looking back it was just 1.5k diff from Amazon price. Now wondering if that is worth the trouble. In my mind it is not, so yes lesson learned for me.
Delay's is fine man plus you get free insurance from Servify
I also had horrible experience with Samsung Online Store last year on purchase of Galaxy F23. They promised a free adapter but then cancelled it after purchase. Well with Samsung CC you get 20% discount and here they use bluedart which is reliable so it's more of a courier problem than their service or I should say they are not much trained to handle this situation. Also when I cancelled a product it took a week for refund and refund was neft not reversal.
My experience is good with samsung online store, 5-6 orders received without any problem though Shipment were through Bluedart.
You can raise the complaint with samsung itself instead of just relying on courier company.
Same with me delivery within 2 days, but delivery after 6-7 days after many complaints, and Samsung is shipped always cheated courier partners like Xpress Bre.., Ekart, etc...
Same with me even Ekart is not given any customer support email/contact.
Appreciate you sharing feedback, but there isn't one platform that wouldn't leave some buyers frustrated. Sad this happened to you, and I get the frustration.
I ordered on 18 October and delivered on 19 oct by bluedart.. superfast service.. Xpressbess sucks though

Why are you worried? Why can't you wait for few days? People like you should just go and buy from from store by paying extra.
When parcel is in transit it is not possible to cancel item everytime.
I bought moto g54 from fk 13 days before , they took 13 days to deliver the phone. Original delivery date was 3 days. Now someone like you will say dont use fk.
I am not doing stupid circus like you. It happens, it's hard to track when you got way too many parcels.
Stop buying online and go offline. This is the only suggestion for you.
P.s. last year placed order from Samsung store and they took 14 days.
"Stupid Circus like you"? --- Wow. It is your choice to do whatever the hell you want. Wait for months for product. Especially when you have a date by which you want the product. But at least have the decency to not denigrate others.

Update on this: After travelling through I guess peak Bangalore traffic, the product was found in some XpressBees hub. Samsung support debated that even Amazon couldn't deliver product so fast before accepting to initiate Return to Origin (RTO). So, the refund will take another 7-10 days. Ordered the phone through Amazon to be delivered by 9pm today.
Update on this: Amazon has delivered and exchanged the product in record time. Just 5 hrs.
Ordered a phone with priority next day delivery and a tablet without priority. Phone was delivered a day late.
Tablet was supposed to be delivered in 16 days. While placing the order, one of the color was unavailable so I choose from the ones available. Later app showed option to change color, I did. Well that pushed the delivery day by 5 more days (It wasn't mentioned anywhere that changing color will delay shipment or I wouldn't have). Anyways, its been 21 days, tablets hasn't even shipped yet.

The strawman about Amazon. You ordered on 12th and got on 22nd from Amazon. So, what exactly? Was it in the same city? Did they say they will deliver by next day or 13th and then took 10 days?
Feedbacks are made by 1 feedback. If we go by your logic then people shouldn't even share feedback or complain because they are 1 person or 1 grain of rice.
To me it sounds like you are Samsung employee trying to defend them and telling me to stop posting my experience by shouting at me.
