Property tax bangalore payment using credit card

Hi there,

I need to pay Property tax in Bangalore bbmp website, they are giving an option to make the payment with 0.85% charge for credit cards. Any options for paying using credit card and getting the rewards.

I have Infinia, IDFC select and IDFC wealth cards at my near and dear. Can I use any of these for getting good benefit with rewards?

Pretty much all cards have stopped giving rewards on Government services. HDFC Biz cards give rewards on tax payments though. It completely depends on what MCC gets tagged. If you want to get 50 days of free interest, then pay using the card which just generated a statement.
