Products, service and customer care

Goodlife.com has a good range of products. But considering the shipping charges too, the product cost comes out to be either neutral or costlier than what you can get from the local market. But they provide variety which is a positive for the site. The products in home furnishing category are costly, they are available cheaper on other sites (reputed ones).
Recently they have stopped shipping some products especially in World food category to very limited number of cities. Maybe the management should reconsider this.
As for customer care, they are accessible either on phone/email or facebook. You will get response, not like some other site where you keep on calling for days and hours with no one to pickup the phone (Snapdeal).
Overall a good site, offers and servicing area should be better. I will buy in future too .
