products delivered but customer care says not delivered

my cousin ordered baby lotion and paste from amazon for his baby. seller sent it thru expreesbees. one product was expired and other was expiring in one week. seller put his number in box. he called him, seller said to give him 5 star ratings and only then he will help. he contacted customer care. customer care said to not use expired products and to throw them and he will give full refund including shipping charges. refund of one product was received. he called to ask the refund for the second but customer care is saying that the package is not delivered. package was delivered and both amazon and expressbees tracking are showing the same but customer care is saying that it isnt as per their system so they cant help. asked them to transfer call to their senior but there seniors have also become pathetic and kept on saying same thing. they said that only seller can help or refund as its seller fulfilled order. what to do here?

If its not delivered then cancel it and ask for refund.

Contact seller for refund as it's seller fulfilled. If the seller refuses then share those screens with amazon customer care

seller is not replying anything on messages sent thru amazon. amazon is still saying that the product is not showing as delivered in their system although their tracking page and expressbess show as delivered on the same date and time. their chat and call team are saying that they have escalated this to seller and seller will help within 10 days. they are saying that seller fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled by them.

Just contact seller through Amazon app and share the details with amazon. 

Or escalate to amazon twiter handle. 

They will help.

3rd party shipped orders are messed up with Amazon now a days. Last month a gold coin was shipped via bluedart on 10th & delivered on 13th. All this while Amazon order page was showing arriving by 30th. Upon clicking further it was showing correct tracking & delivery status. May be on 15th or so received order shipped notification along with 500 rs fashion category cashback & was showing delivered next day....

22G he should have recorded the call and then given the seller a 5-star rating. After resolving it, he should have changed the rating to 1 star and reported the issue to Amazon via X. 


Probably, the seller is sending him a replacement. He should ask the seller via Amazon. If that's not the case, he can cancel it and ask for a refund.

Raise a ticket against your product with Seller.

Then they will quickly reply and fix your issue.

amazon has best customer experience in term of refund.

try again talking to customer care. or wait 1 day, for their system to reflect everything

Raise the complaint on Chat Support. They will refund the amount.

Please reply to the seller and wait for 3 business days i.e. 5 days excluding weekend. If the seller fail to respond, reach out to the support with A-Z refund and provide the details that the seller isnt replying to you, that itself is enough for you to get refund.

Had an issue with third party seller, poor guy abused me for keeping the product and got the refund, I use the same chat history to get him suspended permanently.Seller tried calling me many times apologizing and asking for taking my complaint back, blocked him number.

Lesson for self: Never buy seller fulfilled orders for a peace of mind.
