Product was never delivered

The order was placed on September 4th 2015. It’s been more than 20 days and I haven’t yet received the shipment. Customer care executives cut the call whenever I say my order number. That’s the pathetic part – someone hanging up on you as soon as you say your order id. None of my e-mails I have written to them have been replied.
I have been regularly shopping online with many websites and this is the first time I used stationerynew and feel cheated. (Order number: 11656)
