Process of warranty claim of Sandisk Memory card

Have one 128 gb Memory card purchased offline somewhere back in 2018/2019 (Lost invoice).

I primarily used this card in my dashcam but found that it got corrupt and is beyond working, tried many ways of formatting but it make the device unresponsive. 

I am not sure of claiming warranty from Sandisk , but vaguely remember that someone explained the process here.

Any pointer to that thread/suggestion is really appreciated.

In my case Sandisk didn't demand an invoice. Just the pics of the card showing the Serial No. This was 3+ years back though. 128GB cards have 10 years warranty.

I have done warranty claim 10 days back, as OP had said my memory card also stopped writing on in dashcam but all other files on it was intact, raised a complaint via sandisk portal with card and invoice images. within 2 hours got approval to visit service centre in delhi whihc is 30 kms from my home for hand to hand replacement. so asked them the possibility of sending it via post , they changed the request and gave mumbai address to courier, I sent via speed post on 30th august, received  brand new card on 6th August. for sending the item you have to pay courier charges, its not reimbursed.
