Problems in packaging by Amazon

Pricewise I got some of the gr8 items by seller Zansaar…those were not available on Zansaar site(or if available, were bit of higher price). So I ordered some ceramic items….The first order was complete flop…a delicate item was packed only in a corrugated box- no bubble wraps, no Thermocoal neither even paper cushioning… I have to send it back and got refund.
Second time same thing happened, only improvement was a thin bubble wrap! so comparitively less pieces of broken product! Got refund again.

However Amazon need to consider
1. Packaging- zero marks from my side
2. Refund-they refunded the amount but I consider time wasted in searching product+ when its time to re-order(if any) same product will be at 2x price.
3. Customer service: I dont know why their numbers are not easily searchable on site, but site navigation for refunds is OK.
4. Site loading time and searching- most of the times, when the network is bit slow, it will show blank page..this is typically with Amazon, I never saw for other sites.
For searching, they should introduce discount based sorting, as its available on some other shopping sites.

Considering all this, I can say- Amazon is not yet reliable for ordering of delicate good…. searching deals is time consuming, so i prefer to go on deal sites rather…
