Problem in processing Paytm refund of canceled order(paid using UPI)

On 29th September, I made a purchase via Paytm android app, transaction made using UPI/BHIM. But due to long delay in shipping, I later canceled the ordered. But the refund somehow not processed successfully until today morning it was showing as ‘pending’. The amount was neither got credited in my bank account nor refunded in paytm wallet. So I raised one ticket through the app’s help section. Today few hours ago I got one sms saying the amount is refunded and from then the transaction status was also showing successful, but still I have not received the money in my bank account/wallet. Moreover there is no transaction reference no is present. Their customer support are utterly pathetic. You can not talk with them directly through their given helpline. Only recorded instructions are given there. So I request you to help me out.
