Probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had

It seems Amazon is allowing all kinds of sellers who are fraud and ready to cheat customers at all cost.
Recently I ordered Refurbished phone for which I paid and order was confirmed. But soon they contacted me and put all pressure on me to cancel the order.

My order was cancelled without my consent or knowledge. They pressurised me to cancel the order on phone for two days, saying they would pay more than the actual refund and when I said no, they cancelled. I did not expect this kind of experience from Amazon where I have been a customer for more than four years.
Finally they cancelled the order saying there was error in pricing.
What kind of business ethics they are practicing? Their customer service is totally waste and cheating punch of crooks
