private contacts app

Any Private contacts app for Android ?

Something that prevents certain contacts to get synced with gmail or whatsapp etc

For example suppose I don't want to see whatsApp status from specific people, I know I can mute them but i just want to keep their number for call and nothing else. Or I don't want certain contact to appear inside any app like whatsApp or telegram or Facebook friend suggestion etc
