Wireless powerbank is just a gimmik and you wont even think of using that feature. coz charging through wireless is very slow.
Things to check before buying:
1. Compact size
2. Capacity
3. Power
4. TYPE C charging support and also PD charging support.
5. Reputation (coz Powerbanks starts to bulge after 1 year if u buy local)
6. Check for reviews
among the three powerbanks u mentioned i dont choose any but "Mi 10000 mAh 22.5 W Pocket Size Power Bank" is comparbly better coz of its size.
Try going for 20000mah powerbank just so that it lasts longer and give ur mobile more than 2 charges when travelling
