Postpe NOC Problem

ON Dec 2021, I had downloaded the Postpe app and registered on it. Provided info to them and finally found that they were actually giving a credit line. So I did not accept their TnC and uninstalled the app.
Comes Dec 2022. I usually check CRIF, Experian and CIBIL reports. When I checked my CRIF credit report I found a credit line is opened by lender Hindon Mercantile limited of 2.4L INR. This credit line is not reported in Experian or CIBIL.
I found out that Hindon Mercantile limited lends on behalf of Postpe. So, I mailed Hindon Mercantile Ltd asking them to close the account which was opened without my consent and provide me a NOC for the same. They replied that they have forwarded the matter to their team and asked to check the CRIF report after 30 days, but did not say or provide me the NOC.
I gave them a reminder after 10 days and waited for another 30 days for getting the NOC. Yet they did not reply.
So, finally I lodged a complaint against Hindon Mercantile limited on RBI Ombudsman.
I checked my CRIF report and found that the credit line has vanished.
Now, Postpe (after getting intimation from RBI) Nodal Officer has mailed me asking to accept their TnC on their app and give consent of opening the credit line and then deactivate the account. Only after that they will provide details to their internal team. And they did not ever mentioned or apologized that they opened a credit line without my consent.
I even told them to close the account on my behalf and provide me the NOC.
So, my question to fellow dimers is that, should I accept their TnC and deactivate the account on the app, post which they say they will process everything?
