i am on Vi, Prepaid Plan, with no data , no incoming and outgoing services.
Recently bought a 5G phone, so looking to port out to Jio.
How do i port without having to spend money at Vi side(recharge, etc) ?

Look for offers in nearest market. Sometimes they offer u free port even they do the basic recharge (needed for sending port sms which is mandatory) from their money.
