Poor service and no responsive customer care
Really had a bad experience with airtel (both in its telecom as well as payments wing)
The signals are quite good but the monthly rental even without using a number is a drawback
Also , their customer service proves useless in cases of need
In the payments wing, their app isnt very good in UI, my account got blocked for not providing kyc, which is unaccetable
Stopped using airtel since then
