Poor customer service

They do not reply to mails – nor do they call back after promising to do so. CC agents sweet talk you into call backs which never happen – refunds are delayed. However if your orders go through they are delivered quickly but sometimes products are damaged. I will not shop here in future.
Been trying for a month to get my refund – reducing 1 star for returns
