Poco m6 pro frequent random auto restart

Hello Friends, my relative poco x6 pro is getting frequent random auto restart from last two days. Went to service center and they told to take backup etc as data will lost due to possible reset of phone.
Anyone facing similar issue and any possible resolution, before doing this phone reset etc. TIA.

Well my poco x3 pro exact after 2nd year it's mobo dead.
They told me I have to oay 15k for its mobo.
This was known issue in poco x3 pro and gave addition warrenty but bad luck it went 2 year and 1 day.
Poco x4 pro poco X5 all are having green line issue.
Worst part I learn from this poco series is there bad h/w And shitty s/w.
This frequency of restart also happen due to there bad update push.
Although if you are in warrenty, try to ask them to downgrade the os s/w or you may download the image of the os of poco old and flash it. It will be better.
Luckily its under warranty till this 31st Aug, so we will let service center do whatever they feel right. But before that checking here with dd family if any quick fix of this issue. Tried google too, but not much help.

Same thing happened with my poco x3 pro before it died and i lost my complete data. Backup everything, i think the problem is hardware related, just like x3 pro.
