Hello, Looking to activate PMJAY health insurance with cover of 5 lacs for my relative. Any operator who can check my eligibility and download card for me and help me in doing KYC. His age is 63 with BPL Card

PMJAY card we can get it easily from PMJAY website

but i am not sure about activation part, but we can get the card online, its easy (are you referring getting the card as activation?)

This card is for 70+ age , if their number is linked with aadhar , u can also download it easily, if the number is not linked then u can go to any nearby aadhar centre or seva kendra and get the card by biometric authentication... Website is beneficiary.nha.gov.in

Ayushman card is for everyone according to each state eligibility criteria .

No age restriction.

But senior citizens above 70 will get ayushman card in whole india means no interference of state government.

If u have family members or relatives or friends peers who are 70+ age , they all will get the card no matter what their income and caste and locality is...
