Is there any difference between 25w and 35w charger? Is 35w even supported or does that fall down to 25w?
45w is too costly so thinking of avoiding that.
Please suggest which should I buy?

Although, I think even to get 35W charging, one would need a PD 3.0 (power delivery 3.0) rated charger.
Thus, something like the EP-TA845 (which is a 45W charger) that has PD 3.0, along with the Electronic Marked Cable (e-marked) USB-C cable would be able to provide 35W charging to a S23 Ultra.
If a non PD 3.0 charger is taken, then better to stick to 25W or less, in my view.

See bro... Charging speed depends on the temperature...
If your phone is heating too much you will get the lowest charging speed or simply low current and low voltage ... Thus get the lowest wattage ...
So choose wisely not by the 25,35,45 watt....
Nobody here hasn't visited you....so could not predict your surroundings...you have to choose... If you life is totally under AC then go for the maximum wattage support by your device.... You will get maximum... Otherwise better to go economical.

There is an application Ampere to help how much wattage your phone is actually charging...

go for 25w adaptor from amazon or bb insta if available on your pincode, the data cable receive with phone will work with 25w adaptor
