You can use a membership number and get discounts on bills over 4k. Moreover, you can buy Westside gv from the trading section to save more.
Why is it just Pantaloons, Westside, or Max (purchased offline)? It would be better to ask her to create a wish list on sites like Myntra, Nykaa fashion, Flipkart, Amazon, and so on, and then send her GVs based on those items.
