placed order from onecard on emi and order got cancelled from jiomart

Need help I have placed order from onecard (jiomart txn emi ) 27117 amount after 2 days emi converted and I cancelled the emi . The product got cancelled from jiomart and refund also recieved for the same. But 746 rs I have been charged extra. Onecard saying unable to reverse please suggest what to be done? Where I can complaint and get the refund.
