I have placed the order 10106081, this is cancelled next day becouse the item is not avilable and removed the item from sale page.
I have placed the order again 1011029 this is also cancelled after five weeks becouse the product is not avilable, the Item remains on sale page. Refuded the amount paid through credit card but the coupan purchased from mydala is used in this order was not re-activated. Complining on facebook the coupan is re-genarated. The same coupan (Rs600) is used for new order 10146883. this order is marrked as incompleet. but the coupon is marked as used. Order is not accepted but the coupan is consumed. It became useless becouse the message displaid “you have used this coupon alredy” when i try to re-order same item. The customerfirst have no time to help. CS phone can not reach.
