Online most of the transactions are restricted
Offline transaction by inserting the card in machine is not possible as card doesn't have chip.
Offline transaction using tap and pay is not possible as this functionality is also not there in this card

Tap & Pay depend on banks and card networks both. If Pineperks will issue Visa/mastercard Gift card, you still cant use for Tap & Pay because pinperks dnt offer this facility.
Offline transaction, many POS machine disabled prepaid cards or you need to swipe 4-5 times because this is one time load card, they use very cheap quality magnetic stripe.
