Pigeon Stovekraft - Pathetic after sales service. Fraud company

I was gifted a four burner glass top stove from Pigeon Stovekraft. It was purchased from amazon and the product has 2 years warranty. Just few months after use, the glass suddenly shattered while cooking and slowing kept cracking till it was completely broken. There was no accident from our end and I had written to customer service on 8th September 2021 mentioning the issue and asking for service. I received 1-2 calls for details and after that they stopped responding. I kept waiting for the product to be repaired and finally had to purchase a new stove for no fault of mine. It has been more than 2 months of frustration with numerous calls and emails and the broken stove is still lying without any service. There is no reply to any email or call after the initial communication and it has been a very disappointing experience.
