Physical shares of Reliance Industries

Hey guys I need some help. My grandfather bought some shares of Reliance in 1987 around 40 Shares Now after that he must have received some bonus shares too the physical certificates of which were either lost or not received to him as he frequently changed his residence due to work. Now what I have currently is 2 shares certificates of 20 shares each issued in 1987 and 2 certificates of 20 shares each in 2007. Now I have checked since 1987 reliance have announced 1:1 bonus, three times. So he should have 320 shares at present. But as I mentioned, I only have certificates of 80 shares. Now what do I do how do I get the share certificates of the remaining shares?

1. Contact registrar via letter with KYC document stating shares lost tell the process
2. They will check the records and give you the exact folio numbers and step to proceed..
It's long and time consuming process (6-8 months ) but you will get all the shares ..
