Guys, I am planning to gift a portrait of my friend and his wife to be on their wedding.
I have their engagement picture. I want to convert it to anime/cartoon like characters and present it to them.
Can you suggest any apps or AI which can do it better?

See if 'FaceApp' suits your needs.
Hopefully you have a couple of devices handy, to install it over and over, after each free trial limits get over.
Back in the Covid-19 years, someone was obsessed with having new avataar pictures, display pictures.. wherein even the gender look too was reversed.
It also had the cartoonish looking 🦌Bambi eyes🦌 settings too.
Upon much asking by many in the group, the person told about 'FaceApp'.
It can do all those 'solarise' or a dated postcard/print.. type effects too.
Did not personally use it, so do not know that much.

Use ToonMe app. It's exactly what you are looking for. I did something similar for my friends wedding.
