well , we all being tracked. our location, convos etc etc. google openly says that its storing data and using it to improves user experience. since google is monopoly and same goes for apple. nothing can be done. also if you want to stop tracking, you might wanna switch to open source OS(if you serious about it). else what you can do is. turn of camera and mic access when you not using it.
