Pepperfry - the cheaters site

I will rate it minus 5 but desidme force us to rate atlest one star.

They are the cheaters
I placed an order 300026605 with pepperfry.

They shipped the product near to expire and I had a talk with customer support. They said to send back the product and they will refund.

I sent back the product to pepperfry on 14th August and send them the POD also.

But after contacting them 5 calls, 3 chats and above 10 mails, they always say that needs more time as warehouse has not updated my return in their system. Warehouse updation is their internal process and what a shame on them that they received back the product and POD as well , still not initiating refund….

Never buy anything to them or your money will be in devil hands.

Looking to file a case against them in consumer court…
